In modern society, with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, air outlets in various places, such as factory waste gas discharge ports, garbage treatment plant vents, and sewage treatment plant air outlets, often emit unpleasant odors. These malodorous gases not only seriously affect the quality of life of surrounding residents, causing symptoms such as breathing difficulties, nausea and vomiting, and irritability, but also may pose potential threats to the ecological environment and human health. To effectively solve this problem, Odor online monitors are installed at air outlets to prevent pollution.
An Odor online monitor is a precision device specially designed for real-time monitoring of the concentration of malodorous gases in the environment. It can accurately detect a variety of malodorous pollutants, including ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, trimethylamine, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, styrene, etc. These gases are generated during production processes in different industries, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, breeding, and waste treatment industries. The monitor detects the concentration of these gases through high-sensitivity sensors and converts this information into electrical or digital signals. Different types of sensors have unique detection principles for different malodorous gases. For example, electrochemical sensors detect gas concentration by generating electric current through chemical reactions, while photoionization sensors use ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength to ionize gas molecules to determine gas concentration.
When the monitor detects that the concentration of malodorous gases exceeds a preset threshold, the automatic alarm function is activated. This process involves the intelligent control system inside the monitor. The system quickly compares the real-time data from the sensor with the preset alarm threshold. Once the data exceeds the threshold, the system immediately triggers the alarm device. There are various alarm methods, such as on-site sound and light alarms, which attract the attention of nearby staff by emitting strong flashes and high-decibel sounds; alarm information can also be sent to relevant managers in a timely manner via text messages, emails, and platform pushes, so that they can be informed of abnormal situations at the first time regardless of their location.
The automatic alarm of the monitor is not just to send a notification, but more importantly, it can actively prevent the further expansion of pollution. When the alarm sounds, relevant linkage equipment and measures will be activated quickly. In some factories, the monitor is connected to waste gas treatment equipment. Once it detects that the malodorous gas exceeds the standard, the system will automatically increase the operating power of the waste gas treatment equipment to improve the purification efficiency of the malodorous gas; in garbage treatment plants and sewage treatment plants, it may be linked to the ventilation system to increase ventilation volume, dilute the malodorous gas as soon as possible, and prevent it from accumulating in local areas; it can also be linked to deodorization equipment, such as automatic spraying of deodorants, to chemically neutralize the malodorous gas and reduce its odor intensity. Through this automatic linkage method, effective measures are taken to deal with the malodorous gas before it causes serious harm to the environment and human body, thereby actively preventing the spread of pollution.

You may not know that the occurrence and spread of many plant diseases are related to pathogenic spores. Spores are the reproductive units of fungal pathogens, which are tiny in size and numerous in quantity. They can be widely transmitted through media such as wind, rain, and insects. Once spores l...
The operation of air quality monitoring stations relies on a comprehensive grid-based environmental supervision system. This system takes towns, communities (and villages) in cities as basic units, and divides them into air pollution prevention and control management grids according to different lev...
