In the process of coal mine production, wind measurement work is of great importance. The space underground in coal mines is relatively enclosed, and there are flammable and explosive substances such as gas and coal dust. Reasonable ventilation can effectively dilute and discharge gas, reduce the gas concentration, and prevent explosion accidents caused by gas accumulation. At the same time, ventilation can also carry away the heat and harmful gases underground, improve the working environment of miners, and ensure the life, health and safety of miners. Accurate ventilation data is also an important basis for the safety production management of coal mines and the formulation of mining plans.
Based on the complex and special environment underground in coal mines, there are strict requirements for wind measurement sensors. There are problems such as humidity, a large amount of dust, and strong electromagnetic interference underground in coal mines. The wind measurement sensors should have good moisture-proof and dust-proof performance to deal with the humid and dusty environment; they should have strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability to ensure the stability and reliability of the data; and they should also have high sensitivity and accuracy, being able to measure the changes in wind speed accurately and in a timely manner, providing effective data for the regulation and control of the ventilation system.
The Mine-used Ultrasonic Wind Sensor FT-WQX2 meets the above requirements. Based on the principle of ultrasonic time difference, it has a wide measurement range and high accuracy. It adopts an integrated design and can monitor a variety of meteorological elements at the same time, adapting to different scenarios. The low-power consumption design enables it to operate stably even under the limited power supply conditions in the mine, and the common data transmission method realizes long-distance transmission.
