1.Propeller flow meter product introduction
Propeller flow meter provides an economical method for measuring cold water in ambient and municipal settings for measuring water flow velocity.Propeller flow meter (portable flow meter for short) is a general-purpose instrument that measures flow velocity in hydrological tests.It is used to measure the average flow velocity of predetermined measurement points in water cross sections such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and canals.
This flow meter complies with relevant national standards such as GB/T 11826-2019 (rotor flow meter) and other relevant national standards.
This flow meter is widely used in hydrological testing, water conservancy survey, farmland irrigation, runoff experiments, etc., and can also be used in hydropower, environmental protection, mining, transportation, geology, scientific research institutes, municipal and other industries to monitor relevant flow velocity or flow.
The portable flow velocity meter is mainly composed of a propeller flow velocity sensor, a flow velocity calculator, and a measuring rod.The complete set of instruments is placed in a high-end aluminum alloy code box.Turn on the signal line to measure the flow rate in each open channel and automatically display the flow rate.
The instrument has a simple structure, lightweight and convenient, power-consuming, complete functions, high automation, stable and reliable, complies with the national open channel flow measurement standard, and is equipped with a 60-degree high-temperature propeller.It is currently a new portable flow rate measuring instrument in China.

3.Propeller flow meter measurement principle:
This instrument is designed based on the principle of the flow rate area method of open channel flow measurement.By measuring the flow rate, the flow rate is obtained by measuring the flow rate Q=V·S (S is the cross-sectional area)
1.Flow rate determination:
When measuring the flow rate, the propeller rotor flowmeter is driven by hydraulic power to rotate, and the built-in signal device generates a rotation signal.The flow rate is calculated by the following formula: V=KN/T+C(m/s) (automatic calculation)
V: Measuring average flow velocity (m/s) during the flow period
K: Paddle hydraulic pitch
C: Flow meter constant
T: Test flow duration (unit is S)
N: Number of signals in T period
When this instrument is used, K and C are both constants.When measuring the flow, as long as T and N are measured, the flow rate can be calculated.
2.Calculation of traffic:
