Total Phosphorus Analyzer follows the HJ670-2013 ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method. Water samples are digested under high temperature and pressure, and concentration is calculated through complexation color development and absorbance detection. The equipment offers stable accuracy, diverse and customizable measurement ranges, and is suitable for various scenarios involving the detection of total phosphorus and orthophosphate in water bodies.

Total Phosphorus Analyzer is a professional testing device in the field of water environment monitoring. Developed and manufactured strictly according to the HJ670-2013 ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method standard, it is primarily used for the accurate detection of total phosphorus and orthophosphate concentrations in water bodies. It is widely used in various scenarios such as industrial wastewater discharge monitoring, sewage treatment management, and natural water body ecological monitoring. The equipment relies on mature physicochemical testing processes to ensure the accuracy and standardization of test data, making it a core device for water pollution control and eutrophication treatment.

The Total Phosphorus Analyzer testing process is standardized and automated. For total phosphorus testing, it utilizes potassium persulfate in a high-temperature, high-pressure environment to digest the sample, converting various complex phosphorus compounds in the water sample into orthophosphate. This completely eliminates interference from different forms of phosphorus on the test results. For orthophosphate testing, the digestion step can be omitted. The pretreated water sample is placed in a 5%-8% nitric acid solution system, where orthophosphate reacts chemically with ammonium metavanadate and ammonium molybdate to form a stable, soluble phosphovanadium-molybdate-yellow complex.

Total Phosphorus Analyzer uses an optical module to measure the absorbance of the complex at a specific wavelength. Based on the linear correlation between absorbance and phosphate concentration, the total phosphorus or orthophosphate concentration of the water sample is accurately calculated. In terms of core performance, the equipment is equipped with multiple standard ranges, covering 0-2 mg/L, 0-10 mg/L, and 0-50 mg/L, and also supports customized range adjustments to adapt to the testing needs of water samples with different concentrations. The equipment boasts excellent overall detection accuracy, with indication error and repeatability both ≤±3%, and a detection limit as low as 0.010 mg/L, precisely capturing changes in trace phosphorus content in water.

Furthermore, Total Phosphorus Analyzer offers significant energy-saving and maintenance advantages, with a single detection wastewater discharge of only 4.5 mL, resulting in low reagent consumption and minimal secondary pollution. The fully automated detection mode eliminates the need for frequent manual intervention, simplifying the operation process and providing stable and reliable detection data.
