COD Analyzer is a core specialized device in the field of water quality environmental monitoring. It is primarily used to quantify the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of water bodies and accurately determine the degree of organic pollution in wastewater. It is widely applicable to routine water quality monitoring of industrial wastewater, municipal wastewater, and other scenarios. The equipment is developed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the national standard HJ828-2017. Its core detection principle is mature and stable. By adding a quantitative amount of potassium dichromate solution to the water sample, under a strongly acidic environment and the catalytic action of silver sulfate, combined with a dedicated dilution injection technology and a combined masking agent, the interference of high-concentration chloride ions on the detection results is effectively avoided. After high-temperature and high-pressure digestion, the COD concentration of the water sample is accurately calculated using spectrophotometry. The COD Analyzer instrument features a new photoelectric quantitative technology that effectively resists interference from external factors such as water sample color, suspended solids, and bubbles. This hardware-level design ensures reliable detection and measurement accuracy. The instrument exhibits minimal drift over long-term operation, and its core detection indicators remain stable. The device supports multiple measurement ranges, and range parameters can be customized to meet different water quality testing needs. Basic indication error, repeatability, and memory effect are all controlled within ±3%, and the actual water sample comparison error does not exceed ±8%. The detection limit is as low as 10 mg/L, meeting the testing requirements for both low-concentration and conventionally concentrated wastewater.
