1.Online ammonia nitrogen sensor application environment
online ammonia nitrogen sensor measures the ammonia nitrogen concentration by the ion selective electrode method, does not require reagents, and can be monitored online in real time.It is used for ammonia nitrogen concentration in ambient water quality, and can meet the measurement requirements for ammonia nitrogen in most industrial environment applications.
2.Online ammonia nitrogen sensor product features
The built-in PH electrode can complete the detection of water pH and compensate for ammonia nitrogen in real time according to the pH concentration.
Signal output: RS485 (MODBUS)
The electrode is a composite electrode, composed of a working electrode and a reference electrode made of polyvinyl chloride and an ionic active substance.
Internal signal isolation technology, strong anti-interference.
It has the characteristics of fast measurement, accurate and easy operation.

4.Online ammonia nitrogen sensor maintenance and maintenance
Before testing, remove the protective covers of the ammonium ion measurement electrode and the pH electrode. The electrode should be soaked in clean water for 2 hours. After activation is completed, clean it in deionized water and then conduct the test. The electrode should be stored dry if it is not used for a long time (more than two weeks). The induction element of the electrode should be put into the protective cap.In order to obtain high-precision results, it is recommended to repeat these steps: remove the electrode from the standard solution, clean, suck dry, and then immerse it in the standard solution (soak for at least 2 minutes to obtain a stable reading) to ensure that the electrode is properly wetted and pretreated.
Check whether the terminals are dry.If there is any stain, please wipe with anhydrous alcohol and blow dry before use.Long-term soaking in distilled water or protein solution should be avoided and contact with silicone grease should be prevented. The electrode that has been used for a longer period of time, its PVC membrane may become translucent or contain deposits, and it can be rinsed with distilled water (or deionized water). The electrode has a long time to use and correction must be made when measurement errors occur.
