Beidou water and rainfall monitoring station is a hydrological and rainfall monitoring system based on Beidou satellite communication channels.Beidou water and rainfall monitoring station SW4 is an automated hydrological monitoring device independently developed by our company, leveraging BeiDou-2 and BeiDou-3 regional short message communication technologies and hydrological and environmental monitoring technology.This system features autonomous real-time transmission, intelligent monitoring, and precise forecasting.It provides 24-hour monitoring and early warning of hydrological changes, significantly addressing environmental monitoring challenges in areas with no or weak signal coverage.Currently, BeiDou water and rainfall monitoring stations are widely used across China, providing crucial support for weather forecasting and environmental early warning.

7.Beidou Water and Rainfall Monitoring Station Installation Notes

1.Installation Environment

The test channel section should be free of large rocks blocking the water flow, large whirlpools, or turbulent currents.

The test channel section should be straight, stable, and have concentrated water flow.

The test channel section should be hardened, and the measurement section should be regular.

The test channel section should be smooth to prevent the accumulation of floating debris.

2.Installation Height

Recommended installation height: 3-6 meters.

3.Velocity Meter Installation Orientation

The velocity meter beam should be perpendicular to the direction of the water flow.

8、Beidou water and rainfall monitoring station Site Deployment Principles:

1.Land use within 1000 meters of the monitoring point must be relatively stable.

2.A minimum of 270° of capture space must be maintained horizontally around the monitoring point.If the monitoring point is near a building, a minimum of 180° of free space must be maintained horizontally around the monitoring point.

3.The environmental conditions surrounding the monitoring point must be relatively stable.The site must be sufficiently stable and robust, and safety and fire prevention measures must be in place.

4.There must be no strong electromagnetic interference or strong vibration sources near the monitoring point, and a stable lightning protection device should be installed nearby.

5.The monitoring point must have clear and convenient access and conditions for easy maintenance.

6.The sensor height at the monitoring point should be within 2-5 meters of the ground.

7.No obvious fixed pollution sources should be within 50 meters of the monitoring point.

8.If the weather station is installed on a non-customized monitoring pole, the load-bearing capacity of the base pole must be considered.

9.The monitoring point should be located in a location with sufficient sunlight (maximum 6 hours of daylight per day) or with a stable and reliable AC 220V power supply nearby.

10.Point Location Confirmation

After selecting the monitoring points, mark them on the monitoring area plan.Submit the plan with the monitoring point locations marked to Party A for confirmation and signature.


9、Beidou water and rainfall monitoring station Construction

1.Based on the actual geological conditions on site, the pre-embedded pit for the monitoring pole foundation is constructed using manual labor combined with an excavator.The pre-embedded pit dimensions are 100cm (length) * 100cm (width) * 100cm (depth).If over-excavation occurs, do not use spoil as backfill.Instead, backfill to the designed depth with crushed stone or sand.

2.Stand the pre-embedded component vertically in the pit with the threaded part facing upward.Fill the pit with concrete (cement:sand = 1:3) to a depth slightly above ground level.

3.Allow the pre-embedded component to air dry for approximately three days, depending on the season and local climate, until the concrete foundation has completely solidified.

1.Secure the equipment to the equipment bracket using the supplied bolts, ensuring the installation of the flat spring washers.

2.Secure the equipment bracket approximately 3 meters from the monitoring pole using the supplied bolts.

3.Install the solar panel on the solar panel bracket using the supplied bolts.

4.Install the radar water level sensor on the flange using the supplied fasteners, and secure the flange to the bracket.

4.Construction Quality Control Requirements and Safety Precautions

1.The entire monitoring pole construction process must be carried out in a sequential manner, ensuring the pole's appearance is straight, streamlined, smooth, and vertical.

2.The solar panels must be tilted 45° toward due south.

3.The monitoring pole's anti-rust coating must not be damaged.

4.Cable connectors must be secure, waterproof, insulated, and not easily exposed.

5.Pay attention to pedestrian and vehicle safety during lifting.

6.When lifting the monitoring pole, always use a walking rope to maintain a stable position for the load.

7.Warning signs must be displayed during lifting.

8.The equipment must be installed facing south and unobstructed.

5.Construction Quality Assurance Measures

1.The required main materials must comply with the design documents and current standards and possess a factory certificate of conformity.Testing should be conducted as necessary.

2.Construction quality control must be strictly adhered to the requirements of the specifications.Process inspections must be implemented, and the next process can only be started after the previous one has passed the inspection.

3.Strengthen quality awareness and strictly organize construction according to the design, current construction specifications and rules, as well as the client's special requirements and on-site instructions.Implement excellence throughout the entire construction process to ensure project quality.

4.Strengthen process quality control and strictly organize production according to the quality assurance system.Establish operating standards, process standards, and inspection standards for each process and link.Maintain records of the implementation of process standards to ensure orderly and traceable process connections.

5.Strengthen project management, implement the technical responsibility system, develop targeted special construction plans, and conduct thorough technical briefings.
