Total Nitrogen Analyzer instrument employs an alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. Water sample digestion is completed at a high temperature of 120℃. Multiple measurement ranges are available, offering high detection accuracy and low wastewater discharge. It is suitable for online monitoring of industrial wastewater, municipal wastewater, and river water quality.

Total Nitrogen Analyzer instrument employs precise digestion and optical detection technology, specifically designed for online monitoring of total nitrogen content in water. It can stably capture subtle changes in water quality. The instrument uses the resorcinol method for detection, executing the alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. In an alkaline medium environment at 120℃, potassium persulfate acts as an oxidant, converting ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, and most organic nitrogen in the water sample into nitrate. Then, an ultraviolet spectrophotometer measures the absorbance of the sample at a specific wavelength to calculate the total nitrogen concentration in the water.

Total Nitrogen Analyzer instrument offers multiple selectable measurement ranges, covering 0-5 mg/L, 0-20 mg/L, and 0-50 mg/L. Custom ranges can also be customized to suit different water sample concentrations. The instrument's indication error is controlled within ±5%, with a detection limit of 0.01 mg/L and repeatability within ±3%. Each test produces only 6 mL of waste liquid, reducing reagent consumption and wastewater treatment burden. The instrument's memory effect is ≤±1%, the actual water sample comparison error is ±10%, the isothermal digestion time is fixed at 900 seconds, voltage stability is ≤±5%, and the single complete measurement cycle is 51 minutes. The calibration cycle can be manually customized, allowing maintenance personnel to flexibly schedule calibration times based on on-site water quality fluctuations.

Total Nitrogen Analyzer instrument can be applied to various water monitoring scenarios, enabling online monitoring of pollutant wastewater, industrial process water, municipal wastewater treatment plant inlet and outlet water quality, and river water monitoring. It is suitable for the detection of industrial wastewater, municipal wastewater, and some surface water. The entire testing process is highly automated, capable of autonomously completing water sample digestion, optical detection, and data output. It can operate stably and continuously for extended periods, minimizing the need for manual intervention. The monitoring data output by the equipment provides reliable support for wastewater discharge control, wastewater treatment process adjustment, and watershed water quality management, meeting the basic requirements for equipment stability and detection accuracy in current online water quality monitoring projects.
