This straight-board, modular Water rescue robot is designed for diverse water-based emergency scenarios. It features high-speed navigation, long-range remote control, and automatic self-righting capabilities. Supporting multi-person rescues and supply transport, it is equipped with an intelligent video transmission and lighting system, significantly reducing the risks associated with water rescue operations.
The Water rescue robot represents a new generation of intelligent equipment for water emergency rescue. Distinct from traditional manual rescue methods and conventional life-saving gear, it utilizes a straight-board, modular design comprising a propulsion module and soft, anti-collision buoyant material, ensuring structural stability and high adaptability. Weighing only 16 kg, the device is lightweight and portable, allowing for rapid deployment across rivers, lakes, and coastal waters to meet the operational needs of fire departments, maritime agencies, and emergency rescue teams.
The Water rescue robot boasts excellent aquatic performance. Powered by a ducted jet propulsion system, it reaches speeds of up to 48 km/h, enabling rapid arrival at the scene of an incident and significantly shortening rescue response times. Capable of withstanding waves up to 2 meters high, it maintains stability even in rough waters, demonstrating exceptional resilience in complex environments. Its robust design ensures high operational reliability; it can automatically right itself within one second of capsizing, ensuring continuous, stable rescue operations without interruption from turbulent water. Furthermore, it can support 6 to 8 people in the water simultaneously; victims can hold onto handles on either side of the hull or lie prone on the device to save themselves, offering a rescue capacity far superior to traditional life-saving equipment.
In terms of intelligent control and functionality, the Water rescue robot offers significant advantages. It supports remote operation over distances of up to 4,500 meters and includes features such as heading display, trajectory tracking, and one-touch return-to-home. Operators can control the device precisely from the shore without entering the water, thereby eliminating the risk of danger to rescue personnel. Equipped with real-time video transmission, remote wireless lighting, and voice transmission capabilities, the device operates effectively at night and in low-visibility conditions. It relays real-time footage of the water environment, providing accurate data to support shore-based command and coordination. Additionally, the device boasts a 400kg towing capacity, enabling it to pull rescue supplies such as lifebuoys, inflatable boats, and floating ropes, thereby meeting the dual needs of personnel rescue and supply transport.
Constructed from fiberglass, the unit features an IP68 waterproof rating, ensuring exceptional durability and versatility. It offers an operating time of up to 70 minutes and supports rapid charging—reaching full power in just 45 minutes—ensuring ample endurance for operations. The remote control includes dual battery level indicators and low-battery alerts. Complemented by practical features such as a flag mount, night-operation auxiliary lights, and a reverse gear function, the device is suitable for complex scenarios, including narrow waterways and beyond-visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) operations.
